NPSD Back to School Dates 2026-2027 School Year

7/1/26 School Supply Lists updated.  School supply lists can be found on each individual school site.

7/20/26 Complete online verification for Infinite Campus. All families are required to log into Infinite 

Campus to complete their Online Registration (OLR) for newly registered students and Online Verification (OLV) for current students. Families who complete Online Registration or Online Verification by August 17 will receive: Early access to transportation information beginning on August 17 and early access to student schedules beginning August 24.

  • Families who have not completed the required process will receive access to transportation information and student schedules beginning August 27.

8/4-8/13/26 K-Day: Practice riding a school bus at Walton Farm Elementary School 

Tuesday, August 4th, 2026 - Session 1 at 8:30 am & Session 2 at 10:00 am

Thursday, August 6th, 2026 - Session 1 at 8:30 am & Session 2 at 10:00 am

Tuesday, August 11th, 2026 - Session 1 at 8:30 am & Session 2 at 10:00 am

Thursday, August 13th, 2026 - Session 1 at 8:30 am & Session 2 at 10:00 am

8/17-8/28/26 Begin receiving a hard copy of the NPSD school activities calendar, Back-to-School Newsletter, 

and Important Information Translation Sheet in the mail. (Any family registered after 7/15/25 and 

throughout the new school year will receive their Activities Calendar, Back-to-School Newsletter, 

and Important Information Translation Sheet at school on a weekly basis.) 

8/17/26 Public and Non-Public Bus Schedules for Families who complete Online Registration or 

Online Verification by August 17. Families who have not completed the required process will receive access to transportation information and student schedules beginning August 27.

8/24/26 For Families who complete Online Registration or Online Verification by August 17, 2026:

Student schedules will be viewable on the Campus Student and Parent Portal at the following times on Monday, August 24, 2026:

8:00 AM - Middle School schedules viewable on the Infinite Campus portal.

10:00 AM - Elementary School homeroom assignments viewable on the Infinite Campus portal.

12:00 PM - High School schedules viewable on the Infinite Campus portal.

8/26/26 NPSD Extended School Care Virtual Parent Meeting 7:00 pm

8/27/26 Orientation Day for 7th Grade 8:05 am to 10:45 am - Transportation provided

Middle School Open House for students and families, 5:00 to 7:00 pm

Orientation Day for 10th-grade students, 7:21 am to 11:30 am - Transportation provided

Open house/Sophomore Picnic will begin at 5:30 pm

8/31/26 First day of School - 1-12 Grades

8/31/26 Orientation Day for Kindergarten Parents will receive a scheduled time between 9:00 am 

and 10:30 am from their building principal on when to arrive for orientation. Transportation is not provided.
